The Jersey Shore cast has returned from Italy after taping their fourth season and have been put on a brief lockdown in Seaside before filming their fifth season. This means, no cellphones, no internet, no friends, or family, because MTV wants the cast “to remain in the zone.”
After that news broke across the internet, MTV made another huge announcement. The fifth season will be the last for this Jersey Shore cast. Rumor is that MTV execs want fresh new faces for the continuation of the show.
Fans shouldn’t worry too much about whether they’ll see their favroite cast members again though because spinoff deals have already been penned for The Situation, Snooki, JWOWW, and Pauly D.
